The Result of Investing in People

Having been with the company almost since the beginning, Glenn is a perfect example of how great things can happen when you make people your priority. Read his story so far here:

"Following an IT BTEC at College I joined IT Champion in 2011 as a Helpdesk and Support Technician. After four years of mentoring by the senior engineering team at IT Champion, I had learned a huge amount on the job that is impossible to learn academically. I was promoted to manage the Technical Support Helpdesk team and my confidence grew year on year.

In 2015 I was offered the chance to attend an official Microsoft Windows Server training course. It was at this point that I realised just how much I had benefited by being coached by the IT Champion systems engineers. Fast forward two years and I manage The IT Champion projects team and work with many of our clients to deploy and support the latest technologies for business."
