Client Background:

Premier Power Products Ltd. have been established since 1987. They are suppliers of bearings, power transmission components, oils, lubricants, seals and conveyor products, stocking over 250,000 lines. The company is based in the South West of England with offices and warehouse facilities in Yeovil, Exeter and Plymouth.


Nearly a year ago Premier Power Products contacted IT Champion as the company’s business IT systems had become unreliable. Additionally their current IT partner was paid by the hour so the costs to maintain the IT systems were escalating and impossible to budget.

The company wanted to fix their IT support costs annually, explore using Office 365 and resolve problems they were experiencing with data backup and lost emails due to anti-spam software.


Following a number of meetings and discussions IT Champion were selected by Premier Power Products to provide IT support and expertise to the business. IT Champion helped the business to choose the right Office 365 subscription and deploy it across their PCs, which eradicated the lost emails they were experiencing from their previous email and anti-spam platform.
